Immigrants with 1-year professional work experience from Canada or abroad under National Occupational Classification (NOC) TEER categories TEER 0, TEER 1, TEER 2, and TEER 3 are eligible for FSWP.

Why apply for FSWP?

  • Faster processing time: Eligible applicants can get the permanent residency within 6 months to 1 year.
  • No Canadian work experience or job offer required to apply for the program.
  • Skilled workers can improve their score on point’s grid by reapplying with improved language test results, completing higher education, or after availing job offer from Canadian employer.

FSW Draw - Benefits

  • FSWP Canada allows immigrant skilled workers to work in Canada without sponsorship or a work permit. They can migrate to Canada even before they receive a job offer from a Canadian employer.
  • Skilled workers can work in any province in Canada without any restrictions.
  • After 3-years of stay, FSWP holders are eligible to apply for citizenship.
  • Once their citizenship is approved and they have a Canadian passport, they can travel to many places without requiring a visa.
  • Invite your family members to Canada by sponsoring their visas.
  • PR holders can avail the subsidized health and education benefits
  • Unrestricted access to Canada's labour market and associated insurance and pension benefits
