Approval of Application for Continued Registration by The Immigration Advice Authority

The IAA is pleased to inform you that your application for continued registration has been approved. The following persons are authorised to provide immigration advice and offer immigration services at the levels listed below.

Your organisation will retain its own reference number F202432073. As before, please quote this number on all correspondence with the IAA.

Your registration is for the period 15/08/2025 - 15/08/2026. During this period the IAA may undertake a routine audit. The audit's purpose is to ensure that your organisation continues to meet the Commissioner's Code of Standards.

The IAA does not issue hard copy certificates of registration and the requirement under The Commissioner's Code of Standards to display their certificate at their main business premises, was formally withdrawn as a requirement in October 2022.

The IAA Register of regulated immigration advisers provides confirmation of registration and the registration details of all regulated organisations and advisers.

To help regulated organisations confirm to clients their registration details, the IAA provide an online digital badge, which organisations that have a website can use. The digital badge is a clickable IAA logo, that is provided via software that allows only regulated firms to display it. Clicking on the badge will allow visitors to the organisations website to verify that they are regulated by us and provide details on the levels and categories at which they are regulated.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

All regulated advisers are required to undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in line with the Immigration Advice Authority requirements. Details of these requirements can be found on our website at OISC Continuing Professional Development Scheme - GOV.UK. Advisers will be asked to provide details of CPD undertaken as part of their application for continued registration.

We expect your full co-operation when we carry out any audits. I refer you to The Commissioner's Code of Standards in respect of the IAA's access to client files. If you have any concerns about your audit, or, if there are any other issues you wish to discuss, please do not hesitate to contact me. My contact details are at the top of this letter.

During the period of registration, you should notify the IAA of any changes to your business address or personnel. Should any new advisers come to work in your organisation, you must ensure that they are authorised by the Commissioner prior to them giving any immigration advice and/or services. Their details and completed competence statements must be sent to this office.

Please note that you should issue your staff with some form of authorisation showing that they act for and on behalf of your organisation and clearly indicating that your organisation is regulated by the IAA by quoting the above reference number.
