Migrant workers interested in working in Canada must get a written job offer from a Canadian employer to apply for a work visa permit. However, under certain exceptional circumstances, migrant workers like you can apply for an 'open work permit' without having a job offer. It allows you to work for any employer located anywhere in Canada.
